Sully “The Sultan” offers lyrics that are to the point and contain instructions on what it takes to supply a crew like Eff’d Up. It’s hard to catch Sully slipping up. He introduced his boys from Effit Records to a whole new way of conducting business, which is working out to everyone’s benefit. The rhymes of Sully reflect his persona, which offers no time for games or BS.
